The wood for this bowl came from a woodland in Guildford where people line about sustainable forest management and how to safely remove trees that are too dangerous for the public to be around.

Like all of my bowls, this one is food-safe. it is finished with a blend of carnauba wax and natural oils making it vegan, sustainable, and food safe.
 
When the time comes to refresh the finish, to keep it looking nice if you are using it regularly, it couldn't be easier. I use Uulki Wood Wax, it is inexpensive for a pot that will last for ages and is really easy to apply. It can also be used on your other wooden kitchen utensils so it's keeping a pot in your kitchen.
